3/12/08:
Added a causal dielectric model to the sline, mstrip, coax, and tline transmission line elements.
The model is based on the paper titled "Wideband Frequency-Domain Characterization of FR-4 and Time-Domain Causality",
by Djordjevic, et.al.,IEEE Trans EMC, Vol 43, No 4, Nov 2001.
The procedure to use the model goes like this:
1) Use the loss tangent from the element definition to calculate the decay of dK per decade (from the above paper)
2) Use the dK (from element definiton) and decay of dK per decade (calculated above) to calculate the dK @ infinity
=>Note: The above calculation was done at a high frequency (100 GHz). Future
release will allow the user to choose frequency.
3) Use the above information to calculate the dK and loss tangent at each frequency in the model

6/14/07:
Fixed issues with amplitude scaling from the output of the FFT.
This should ensure results in the frequency and time domains are correct.
Need to work on graphing measurements and annotations next.
